(3) “People & Places” by Jack Ro, Okanagan Water Colour Artist

“People & Places” is a series of water colour paintings by Jack Ro. Our stories and our context in the world offer an opportunity to contemplate who we are. These paintings explore people in the context of their lives as well as places that shape human stories.

Jack Ro is an Okanagan Artist who works primarily in water colour. Extensive travel, a passion for nature and fascination with people and their stories all shape Jack’s art. Water colour, with its flow and interaction of pigments, provides a magical depth and kaleidoscope of colour that lends itself to the visual exploration of worlds beyond words.
